Designed to solve a real pain point for rescue organizations: the manual, scattered management of adoptable pets, applicants, and follow-ups — often spread across social media and WhatsApp groups.
I designed and built a full-featured SaaS web platform where each organization can manage their pets, receive digital applications, track processes through a Kanban-style board, and maintain full traceability for every adoption. The solution includes differentiated roles (global admin, organization, and adopter), secure authentication, control dashboards with metrics, and centralized system management.
